Sue started in the banking industry over 20 years ago. In banking, she wore many hats such as teller, assistant manager, personal banker, loan processor and loan officer. Sue took a short time away from banking to work for her husband’s construction company by managing the seamless gutter business and secretarial duties. Sue and her husband, Jerame, live in Battle Lake, MN with their two daughters. While not attending the many activities of her girls, Sue enjoys staying active by running and enjoying the outdoors, especially the lake.

Marcia worked in economic development for 12+ years prior to joining the Luminate team as a business development specialist. She develops and assists with strategic planning, marketing, data analysis, network creation and business plan implementation. Marcia and her husband, Matthew, live in Mankato, MN with their five children. Marcia enjoys family time, organizing, going for walks, and coffee with friends.
